Go Green anti-rutting agent looks like a black granular solid. It is an asphalt mixture additive composed of a variety of polymers. It uses multiple methods such as thickening, reinforcing, and filling of the aggregate surface, as well as asphalt modification, elastic recovery, etc. It greatly improves the high-temperature stability of the asphalt mixture, and also improves the water stability and low-temperature crack resistance of the mixture.

Product mechanism of action:

1.Aggregate thickening effect: The anti-rutting agent is mixed with the aggregate first, and is partially melted on the surface of the aggregate to form a thin film, which improves the adhesion of the aggregate, which is equivalent to pre-modification of the aggregate;

2.Function of modified asphalt: During the wet mixing and transportation process, the anti-rutting agent partially dissolves or swells in the asphalt to form a cementing effect, thereby achieving asphalt modification effects such as increasing the softening point temperature, increasing viscosity, and reducing thermal sensitivity, thereby making the asphalt mixture Improved pavement resistance to permeability and water damage; 

3.Fiber reinforcement: The microcrystalline area formed by the polymer has considerable stiffness, and is partially drawn into plastic fibers during the mixing process, which bridges and cross-links within the aggregate skeleton to form fiber reinforcement;

4.Deformation recovery effect: The elastic component of the anti-rutting agent has the function of elastically recovering the deformed part of the pavement at higher temperatures, thus reducing the deformation of the formed asphalt pavement;

Features of anti-rutting agent:

1. The anti-rutting agent is directly put into the mixing pot. It does not change the gradation of the asphalt mixture at any dosage. It only needs to slightly extend the mixing time and adjust the construction temperature (it can be 5℃ lower than the construction temperature of SBS modified asphalt). That’s it. The mixing, paving, pressing and other processes do not need to be changed;

2. When the addition amount is the same, its application performance meets or exceeds the technical requirements of similar French products PRPLAST products and similar German products DUROFLBX materials, with easy construction and energy saving; 

3. Has asphalt modification properties;

The product is packed in plastic woven bags, with a net weight of 25kg or 500kg per bag (or according to customer requirements);

Products should be protected from sunlight, rain and moisture during storage and transportation; 

Products should be stored in room temperature, dry and ventilated warehouses, and fire is strictly prohibited;

The product is valid for 24 months. Products that have exceeded the validity period can still be used if their technical indicators meet the requirements after testing;
