Application:
It is suitable for preventive maintenance of various asphalt pavements such as highways, national and provincial trunk roads, municipal roads and facilities, airports, bridges, etc. and repair of pavement appearance and function.
Construction:
Small areas can be painted manually or with real stone paint equipment, and large areas can be constructed with a spreader truck. Calculate the spray volume based on the road conditions, load the sand-containing mist seal mixture into the spreader truck or real stone paint equipment, debug the equipment and control the dosage.
(1) Before construction, clean the road surface, remove oil stains and loose parts, ensure that the road surface is dry and free of floating dust, and determine the amount of spraying according to the road surface conditions;
(2) The road surface is smooth, the surface is dense, there is slight water seepage, and the surface is slightly loose and pitted: a single layer of spreading is used, and the spreading amount is 0.9-1.2kg/m2 (finished material);
(3) The pavement surface is rough, heavy water seepage, large void ratio, heavily loose and pitted and poor in oil: use double-layer spreading, the first layer spreading amount is 0.7-1.0kg/m2 (finished material), the third layer The spreading amount of the second layer is 0.5-0.8kg/m2 (finished material). The second layer of spraying needs to be done after the first layer is dry (about 30 minutes).
(4) The mixture can be sprayed with real stone paint equipment, manually paved, or sprayed with special vehicles. After demulsification and molding, a sandy mist sealing layer is formed. Traffic can only be opened when the road surface is dry and no test paper sticks to it. When the ambient temperature is greater than 15°C and the air humidity is less than 70%, the general curing time is 2-3 hours.
