Construction process:
1. Cleaning of cracks: Make sure the cracks are clean before use, and dust, debris and plants should be thoroughly cleaned, otherwise they will affect the bonding and penetration;
2. Operation process: Put the material into the container, slowly pour it along the cracks, wait for a while, and use a scraper to push it flat;
3. Open to traffic: Surface drying can be achieved within 30 minutes after construction and open to traffic within 2 hours.
Precautions:
1. The storage and transportation temperature should be above 0℃. Can be stored for 6 months.
2. The construction temperature of cold grouting agent on asphalt pavement shall not be lower than 10℃, and the temperature within 24 hours before and after construction shall not be lower than 10℃.
3. There is no need for complicated construction machinery, no need to open cracks, and no need to heat during construction. The cracks can be poured after they are cleaned.
