Up to now, the project has used our production of 90 A grade road petroleum asphalt more than 10,000 tons, SBS modified asphalt 686 tons.
It is understood that the grams of petrochemical companies relying on Xinjiang oilfield naphthenic thick oil resources and advanced processing technology, the production of 20 kinds of more than 70 grades of petroleum asphalt. A grade road petroleum asphalt and modified asphalt is the company's asphalt "family" in the fist product, with a high viscosity, aging resistance and strong characteristics, can effectively alleviate high-temperature rutting, Cracking of low-temperature pavement, improve pavement durability and extend the service life of the pavement.
In 2021, the asphalt products produced by KSPC paved the first desert highway in Xinjiang. In March this year, the company's asphalt products again won the bid for the largest domestic investment in high-speed projects - Urumqi project.
It is reported that the Urumqi Western Bypass Highway is divided into east and west lines, and the east line has been officially opened to traffic on September 8, 2016 . The west line started construction in 2021 and is scheduled to be completed and opened to traffic on October 1, 2024. KPS will supply 30,000 tons of heavy traffic road petroleum asphalt and 47,000 tons of SBS modified asphalt products for the project.
At present, the project has completed 99% of the roadbed construction, 95% of the bridge construction, 67% of the pavement construction, ancillary projects, mechanical and electrical, traffic safety, housing and construction works are synchronized to promote KSP's asphalt products are helping the project toward the full realization of the goal of the sprint.
