Go Green superior cold mix asphalt is a new high-tech road maintenance material developed by introducing foreign technology. It can be used all-weather and can repair various types of road surfaces in any weather and environment (even in water). , the edges of pits, functional ruts, overlays or cement concrete require no mix or bonding layer and are immediately open to traffic.
Construction process:
Step 1: Clean the gravel and waste in and around the pit. There should be no mud, sand, gravel or other debris in the pit. Debris must be removed from highway potholes or surrounding trenches until a solid solid surface is reached. Then pour the quick repair material in the bag into the puddle and raise it to about 1.5cm above the ground.
Step 2: Use a shovel, hammer, or wheel to smooth the repaired area to ensure a solid foundation. For potholes with larger areas, steel wheel rollers or vibratory rollers are used to compact potholes; for potholes with small areas, iron tampers can be used for compaction. After repair, the surface should be smooth, flat, and free of wheel marks. The edges and corners of the potholes must be compacted and not loose. The compaction degree of ordinary road repairs should reach more than 93%, and the repair compaction degree of highways should reach more than 95%. .
Step 3: Directly open to traffic.
Tips:
① There is no need to clear the water in the pit, directly fill it with Go Green superior cold mix asphalt, then compact it and open it to traffic immediately.
② Keep the repair area clean within 24 hours to avoid dirt sticking.
③ For deep potholes, it is recommended to fill them every 50mm and compact them.
